Shipping:
Every attempt will be made to pack and despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of same, subject to availability of stock.
Orders will be despatched via Australia Post.
Domestic deliveries (within Australia) will be made via Australia Post regular mail.
Overseas orders will be sent via Australia Post air mail.
As all deliveries require a signature on receipt of goods, please ensure that someone will be available to sign for delivery. Delivery to places of employment or post office boxes is recommended.
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the incorrect address, Swizzle Store is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Swizzle Store if an order does not arrive. Once we have been informed of non-delivery, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and do our utmost to ensure that delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of your order.
Returns:
- Customers must indicate, by email, intention to return product within ten (10) days of the date of delivery.
- All products returned must be in new and unused condition.
- All delivery costs for returned items will be borne by the customer.
- A credit will be issued equivalent to the value of the returned product. No refunds will be given.
